5. you can describe your concern or technical problem in the description

7. you will now see a message with your ticket ID and a link.
This message will also be sent to you by e-mail. As soon as you click on the link, you can check the status of the support ticket.
8. as soon as you open the support ticket, you will see this view:

10. in the upper right corner you find the status or processing status
11. below you will find your message to us
12. as soon as you receive a message from us by e-mail, you will also see it below
13. if you want to answer us in the support ticket
just use the form in the middle of the support ticket
14. if the support ticket for us is completed internally, you can see this in the top right corner
